- Manage and develop the team to achieve business goals set by the company.
- Frequently go to the market, master customers, train employees, create relationships with customers, and act as a bridge between the Company, employees, and customers. Have a plan to coach employees and take direct care of customer groups
- Ensure compliance with sales regulations such as:
+ Right sales principles: right price, right quality, right promotion program, right schedule, right channel;
+ Selling a variety of products and diverse business types;
+ Ensure prompt reminders for debt collection
Carry out end-of-day/weekly/monthly reports, market information reports, competitor information..., according to regulations
