Job Description

Exploit and find new customers

Tour sales staff search and expand potential customer files by conducting market surveys or contacting by phone. This job will help sales staff reach the maximum customer base in the tourism market they are responsible for.

When reaching customers, tour sales will introduce the company's travel services such as: tour programs, air ticket sales, car rental, etc. to convince customers to use the service. During the consulting process, the salesperson needs to collect information such as the customer's address, needs, etc. to come up with the most optimal solution.

In addition to approaching customers, tour sales staff are also responsible for efficiency in exploiting customer sources. Includes sales, revenue and customer loyalty to the company's products.

Support and care for old customers

In addition to the task of finding new customers, tour sales staff are also responsible for taking care of and keeping in touch with old customers. The purpose is to understand customer needs and promote new products and services. When detecting customers intending to travel, consult and persuade them to use the company's services again.

The way to maintain good relationships with old customers that many sellers use is to call to inquire, wish them happy birthdays, wish them happy holidays, and give them promotional gifts. Although these are small things, they will create sympathy for customers.

Research and develop tours, consult and sell tours to customers
