- Answer customer inquiries accurately and promptly. |
- Prioritize sales tasks based on revenue goals and deadlines. |
- Develop strong customer relationships to expand customer base and marketing opportunities. |
- Maintain database of potential and current customers. |
- Interact with customers to get feedback on products and services provided. |
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction. |
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; Follow up to ensure resolution. |
- Maintain records of customer interactions, customer account processing, and document archiving |
- Develop new sales opportunities, by closely monitoring the performance of existing customer groups. |
- Monitor customer revenue targets and prepare reports on all transactions according to required periodic timelines. |
