Set up contract signing procedures and save a copy of the contract. - Directly implement and urge contract implementation, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and check the quality of delivered products with customers. - Track shipments when customers use the service from the time the customer requests a booking to the time the customer pays the freight. - Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, etc. - Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection. - Maintain old customers, establish relationships with potential and new customers. - Make weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the department head for approval. - Research the market in the field of Logistics from competitors.
