Processing
- Maintain existing business and customer care relationships
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plans and submit them to the Head of Sales for approval. Follow the approved plan
- Track orders, promote sales
- Develop business and take care of goods in the assigned area
- Assist in handling other arising tasks during work according to instructions from superiors
- Establish new business relationships by planning daily work to find potential customers
- Understand product information such as name, packaging, advantages and disadvantages of the product
- Understand the customer contact process and information complaint handling process
