● Contact corporate customers (mainly from the HR/Talent Acquisition department) via calls, emails & meetings to understand recruitment needs/plans to advise & propose job posting service packages suitable at TopDev website (https://topdev.vn).
● Business development: build and maintain good relationships with customers.
● Develop sales & expand customers according to customer data provided by the company.
● Complete targets on quantity and quality of calls and orders, support the team in completing targets by day, week, quarter, and year.
● Customer support with Customer Care team for customer satisfaction.
