Coordinate with relevant departments to complete procedures and documents such as: Land lease contract, invoices, payment procedures...
Support customers on investment procedures in industrial parks
Update information on the real estate business market in neighboring areas and competitors. Monitor and update daily, weekly, monthly sales activities and report as requested by superiors.
Other jobs
Consult and make recommendations to the board of directors on the use and censorship of information and images of posts, content, journals, products, etc. on the website and regular posts on social platforms.
Translating documents for sales work
Collect information about policies and prices of competitors in the same industry
Ready to handle overtime work, overtime, business trips, participation in trade fairs,
Coordinate with other departments to solve tasks closely and thoroughly
Perform other tasks as assigned by the TPKD.
