- Developing a customer relationship network, especially foreign units and individuals operating in Vietnam who have a need to rent houses and apartments.

- Planning, implementing business plans, searching and taking care of customers in order to exceed assigned business targets.

- Perform transactions such as negotiating, drafting and signing contracts with customers.

- Coordinate with other departments in the Company to best support in the work.
