- Research the import and export freight market and competitors
- Search, contact, negotiate with customers who need to transport goods by air
- Planning to develop and expand potential customers, maintain and develop sales channels in the field of freight forwarding (including domestic and international freight and freight, import and export related procedures)
- Follow up, provide advice on suitable solutions for customers; offer services, negotiate information related to: logic, prices, services, train schedules, create good relationships with airlines, shipping agents
- Coordinate with departments & ensure compliance with departmental regulations in consulting products and services for customers.
-Perform daily reporting mode (with direct management and BOD when required)
