- In charge of sales & development of lubricant market for direct consumption channels in Hanoi area
- Set up and implement sales plan by: week, month, quarter, and plan right before contact with customers
- Find new customers, take care and record customer information.
- Making contracts, quotes for customers.
- Order recording and order processing (delivery and delivery procedures, invoicing ...)
- Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints
- Assess the market and direct competitors, propose solutions.
- Sales report by: day, week, month, quarter
- Responsible for target sales, debt collection.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
