Job details
- Actively offer products, introduce products, look for customers, contact customers, look for new orders.
- Coordinate with Technical Department to make quotation sheet for customers, monitor customer feedback after quotation (until new orders are available).
- Coordinate with Technical Department and production workshop to monitor the sample making progress.
- Work with related departments to confirm orders will be completed on time.
- Update order status for customers and directly communicate with customers when there is a problem.
- Build a good relationship between the Company and customers.
- Arrange time and schedule to check orders with customer QC.
- Contact shipping lines to get Booking.
- Prepare relevant documents: invoice, packing list….
- Payment tracking.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints (find the cause and propose to fix).
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly summary reports (order receipt, production, warehousing and shipment status).
