- Searching for potential customers
• Develop travel programs and directly advise and sell tours to customers
• Searching for a source of customers wishing to travel
• Manage customer data catalog
• Introduce to customers the services that the Company provides
- Enthusiastic support for old customers (via Facebook, Zalo ...)
• Keep in touch with old customers, ready to support old customers when they have a need to learn about new tours
• Inform old customers about promotions - promotions
• Advising on problems that old customers need to solve and convincing customers to return to use the company's services
- Research, consult and edit tour programs for guests
• Identify customer groups to advise and provide appropriate services
- General requirements:
- Degree: graduated from high school - college - university majoring in tourism, foreign languages.
- English: good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Informatics: proficient in Word, Excel, Power point.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, honest, able to communicate, behave and handle situations well, withstand work pressure.
