Consulting and selling event services to customers.
Build and develop good relationships with existing customers and search for potential customers.
Check, monitor and supervise the process of implementing banquet contracts, ensuring continuity.
Manage, store, and arrange all types of contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers in accordance with regulations.
Receive requests and complaints from customers related to party booking issues and handle them immediately within the scope of authority, notify superiors for handling if beyond the ability to resolve.
Support the Accounting department in resolving debts.
Support the Marketing department to implement the approved plan.
Evaluate implementation progress and propose solutions to improve business.
Report weekly and monthly to Deputy / Head of Sales Department.
Other tasks arise as requested by superiors.
