Responsible for revenue & development of new customers in the field of CABINET ACCESSORIES & INTERIOR DOORS (Cabinet hinges, sliding rails, door hinges, electronic door locks, mechanical door locks, floor hinges, glass clamps,...) on the basis of costs according to company regulations.
Maintain existing business relationships: receive orders, implement sales policies to customers (factory producing wooden doors, glass doors, interior cabinets), take care of the spirit of familiar customers (give gifts birthday, wedding,...).
Supervise and monitor business work, support and offer new products to customers.
Coordinate with the Marketing department to deploy brand identity at customer points of sale such as signs and shelves.
Monitor inventory and preside over debt collection from customers.
Handling after-sales operations: warranty; exchange or return goods.
Monitor counterfeit and counterfeit goods of businesses.
Respond to competitors' sales policies.
Report results and effectiveness of plan implementation weekly and monthly to the Department Head.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 1 year of experience as a B2B channel salesperson, in the field of distribution of CABINET ACCESSORIES & INTERIOR DOORS OR TECHNICAL PRODUCTS.
Skills in analyzing products - customers - markets, finding and taking good care of customers.
Have communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.
Contract drafting skills.
Have aspirations for the technical product sales industry.
Agile, flexible, honest, hard-working.
