- Responsible for consulting customers in the field of Kick Fitness and selling training packages of the Center
- Work with the sales team and other departments in the Club to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, long-term goals, vision and core values of the company.
- Collaborate with Business Manager to make detailed plans and follow up in the financial year, which focuses on achieving revenue or exceeding set targets.
- Understand the types of prices and service packages
- Sales consulting and recommending to potential customers with different solutions to deliver health/fitness goals.
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, phone advocacy, face-to-face consultations with business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
- Maintain records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, and tracking activities & also the use of software systems to manage customer data.
