Job Description

WORK CONTENT
  • Find new customers, maintain and expand new services for current customers in the fields of: Sea transport, Air transport, Domestic transport.
  • Implement plans with customers, contact departments within the company and other relevant suppliers to get Booking and process goods.
  • Prepare quotes and update ship schedules for customers.
  • Check all clauses in the contract, ensuring all clauses comply with Vietnamese law and company policy.
  • Supervise and track the progress of shipments.
  • Report to customers on the results of shipments.
  • Save records, documents, and periodic reports according to regulations.
  • Other tasks are directly assigned by management.
  • Willing to travel for business or related work as assigned by upper management.
  • REQUEST:
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Age: 21 - 35
  • Graduated from College/University or above, preferably with majors in Logistics, transportation, economics, Customs,...
  • Experience: Priority is given to candidates with 1 year of experience.
  • Can use basic office information technology; basic English
  • Kind, dynamic, creative, able to withstand pressure
