Identify and search for potential customers through various channels (telephone, social networks, email, direct...);
Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers;
Understand customer needs and provide solutions by introducing and explaining the benefits of the company's products and services;
Negotiate and close sales transactions, including prices, terms and contract agreements;
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer enquiries;
Coordinate departments to improve sales efficiency and enhance customer experience;
Meet or exceed sales targets and targets set by the company;
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors and market conditions;
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales processes using CRM software or other tracking systems;
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product Development team based on customer insights and market feedback.
2. Candidate Requirements (What do you need?)
Passion for making money;
Proven sales experience through sales (preferably candidates in the IT sector);
Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers;
Ability to persuade and negotiate to close sales transactions;
Positively goal-oriented with a results-oriented mindset;
Good organization and time management skills;
Ability to build content and sales documents (Slides, emails...);
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
