Work content:
Consulting Services:
- Consulting and quoting for domestic and foreign customers who need translation, notarization, consular legalization, etc. through direct consulting, consulting by phone or via email, zalo,
- Consulting on customer sources from marketing/self-sale...
- Closing contracts and placing orders.
- Responsible for implementing revenue targets set by superiors
- Responsible for debts and debt recovery in cases of transactions with customers
Coordinate with Sales Admin department to process documents for customers
- Respond to customer information and questions within the scope of work.
After-sales customer care:
- Handle problems/questions from guests within the allowed scope
- Customer care before, during and after sales
- Take care of the list of old customers and potential customers
Other jobs
- Provide plans and working methods to close new customers
- Report revenue and work periodically as requested by superiors
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide the latest information, develop new ideas, and complete business plans and goals.
- And other tasks as assigned by superiors.
