Finding and expanding potential customers, posting product introductions on social networking sites such as Facebook, Zalo I am in charge of. (the company has customer data support, hotline phone and working computer)
- Respond to feedback and advise customers which product is the most suitable for customers' needs and convince customers to buy.
- Take care of the customers you are in charge of. Receive customer feedback, questions, complaints, report to Team Leader for resolution if any problems arise
- Follow up orders, draft contracts and documents related to customers as required.
- Enter customer purchase data into the management software system.
- Contributing ideas, creating programs to visit, show gratitude, give diplomatic gifts to customers
- Perform duties as requested directly from the Board of Directors
Request :
- Graduated from College/University or above in majors
- Preferably with 6 months of experience in Sales and customer care
- Good communication skills, agile, enthusiastic at work, eager to learn, have a progressive spirit
Having experience in Sales, Sale admin, Customer care in the field of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
