• Job description :

• Go market marketing
• Taking care of customers directly or indirectly via phone and social networking platforms.
• Understand customer problems and find solutions, ensuring customer feedback is heard and resolved.
• Ensure after-sales support (maintenance, repair...).
• Work with other departments to resolve issues.
• Search and approach potential customers on social networks including Facebook, Zalo, Instagram and e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Sendo...
• Post on e-commerce sites Lazada, Shopee, Sendo...and wesite. Consulting, answering customers' questions online. Closing online orders, supporting packing goods

1. Candidate Requirements:

• Having experience in consulting in the chemical industry is an advantage
• Inexperienced, more training will be provided. Be decisive and proactive in finding ways to solve problems. Good thinking and problem solving ability.
• Proficient in the use of basic computer software (Word, Excel...). Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Progressive spirit, proactive in work.
