- Research markets, products, competitors, approach new customers, expand export strategic customers in international markets.
- Search, exploit and develop relationships with potential customers and partners through many different channels.
- Consulting and supporting customers on products and services, negotiating and signing contracts. Implement customer care.
- Understand products and services to enhance competitive advantage; Compile and analyze the market to identify trends.
- Perform other tasks related to sales activities assigned by team leader/upper management.
- Work interaction with other departments such as documents, customs, logistics...
- Working at factories to introduce products to customers, working abroad to meet customers when necessary...
- Advise leaders on policies, implementation plans, and predict product and market trends.
- Closing debts and urging debt recovery.
- Report sales activities and propose weekly sales plans to Team Leader / Upper Manager
