Create introductions, advise and convince customers to use the company's products.
Plan and organize the implementation of business activities in the assigned area, including maintaining current business relationships and building new relationships.
Collect information about customers and competitors, then provide feedback to the Board of Directors and business management.
Advise leaders at all levels on market situation and propose appropriate business strategies.
Continuously contact and understand customer information, receive feedback and requests about the company's products and services. Report to the Board of Directors and Department Heads about customer complaints and needs to find reasonable solutions.
Fully participate in company training courses.
Support the accounting department in urging customers to pay debts until customers complete payment.
