- Searching and exploiting customers who are potential sales outlets. (VNPAY QR partner pays for trial electricity, Pos machine swipes card)
- Consulting, customer care about products.
- Negotiating, persuading and closing contracts with shop owners
- Directly implement and urge the contract performance including software and hardware installation procedures, work with sales admin and related departments to carry out contract-related procedures.
- Together with customers to check the quality of installed/delivered products.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, product installation/delivery time.
- Contact with customers and record all customer information in customer contact reports. Report the content of customer contact during the day to the Direct Manager.
