Job details
- Search for new customers and take care of assigned customers: build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Receiving and managing orders. (Quoting, making samples for customers, receiving and monitoring the production process of orders, inspection results, delivery schedule...)
- Regularly update information and images about products and export markets.
- After-sales care, coordinating to handle issues affecting customers (goods quality, factory quality according to customer requirements...)
- Take care of the company's old customers, make orders, track and monitor the production process to ensure delivery schedule.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of fruit and agricultural export
