Searching for new foreign customers: consulting, updating, and bidding for customers of seafood products provided by the company;
Maintain relationship with old customers, continue to maintain orders from old customers;
Dealing with customers via email/ phone/ chat/ face-to-face meetings to negotiate and sign contracts;
Coordinate with relevant departments to execute orders based on the contents and terms signed in the contract;
Follow up throughout the order, manage and collect debts; Solve problems that arise if relevant orders are in charge;
Updating and capturing market information, thereby proposing sales policies in line with the actual fluctuations of the market;
Planning and reporting periodical work with direct management.
Request:
English IELTS 7.5 or above
2 years of experience in import and export sales. Prioritize sales of seafood or food products.
