Job Description

Job details
- Learn and research the company's products to introduce, advise and answer customers' questions;
- Negotiate with customers on prices, contracts, close orders and provide customer support;
- Customer care after the sale, maintaining relationships with current customers;
- Search for new customer sources, expand and develop relationships;
- Record market information and competitor information;
- Participate in implementing product introduction and marketing programs;
- Implement sales figures by month/quarter/year;
- Comply with company regulations and working procedures and ensure respect for business ethics;
- Develop and implement the Company's weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business plans;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Candidate requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to identify and develop appropriate marketing channels to find new customers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to persuade and negotiate prices.
- Understanding of the sales process, from finding customers to completing contracts and delivering goods.
- Ability to manage time and projects to ensure sales activities are carried out on schedule.
- Data analysis skills and devising appropriate business strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
- High sense of responsibility, focus on goals and ability to work independently and in groups.

- Attractive income: basic salary + commission + bonus. Salary: 8,500,000 VND – 10,500,000 VND (based on capacity assessment through interview);
