- Survey, search, consult, exploit new customers about the company's services.
- Researching the market, updating information about potential customers in building projects / urban areas, buildings, commercial centers, schools, gyms .... within the area in charge.
- Making plans for cooperation in providing cleaning services (industrial cleaning, housekeeping…) in projects.
- Quotation, negotiation, promotion, implementation of contract signing procedures with customers.
- Receive, follow up and handle special requests/complaints from customers.
- Support stakeholders in the implementation of contracts and procedures
- Taking care of customers, maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Make marketing plan, make monthly/quarterly business plan and report for superiors
- Coordinate with other departments to handle related work
- Perform other related tasks when required.
