Job Description

WORK CONTENT
  • Search and approach potential customers to consult, introduce and sell advertising services on trucks and cars.
  • Reach and build relationships with large clients with annual budgets for outdoor advertising.
  • Search and work with advertising and media companies to sign business cooperation contracts.
  • Build and advise customers on the optimal options for advertising/brand communication campaigns via trucks and cars.
  • Care and develop sustainable business relationships with customers.
  • Draft, negotiate, sign contracts and monitor and support the contract implementation process with customers.
  • Collect and provide customers' opinions and feedback on service quality to company leaders.
  • Periodic work reports according to the company's regulations.
  • Other job requirements as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics and marketing.
  • At least 01 year of experience in sales, consulting, priority in communication, advertising or other related services.
  • Knowledge in the field of communication, marketing, ability to consult advertising campaigns is an advantage.
  • Strong sales, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Capturing, being sensitive to the market, flexibly handling arising situations.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to work, passionate about business, dynamic, creative, able to withstand work pressure.

  • Salary negotiable according to ability, hard salary + KPI bonus + % of personal sales commission + (will be negotiated during face-to-face interview) + lunch allowance, phone fee + gas money.
