JOB DESCRIPTION
Search for potential customers:
· Find potential customers in relationships, social networks, online tools, direct market mining or whatever source you can find.
· Understanding the needs of customers and consulting services in accordance with the business needs of customers.
· Closing contracts and guiding customers to use the software.
Current customer care:
· Manage existing customer information and keep a good relationship to expand customer network.
· Coordinate with Customer Care, MKT and Tech departments to meet the needs and questions of customers about products.
· Listening and absorbing opinions from customers in order to build and improve more and more perfect products.
· Make periodic or ad hoc reports at the request of superiors.
· Fully fulfill the work requirements of the direct manager and the Board of Directors.
· Develop, implement, and report work plans and results by day, week, and month.
· Closely coordinate with professional departments to solve problems, requests, questions, complaints of customers in a reasonable and dedicated manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Age 20 - 28
· Proficient in office computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), have personal laptop.
· Understand how delivery and logistics work in Vietnam.
· Passion for business, like to make money, like competitive environment, sales.
· Have good communication skills, customer search skills and handling situations.
· Clear voice, easy to listen to, good communication skills, logical reasoning, cheerful and friendly, good persuasion skills.
· Preference will be given to candidates with Sales, Telesales, sales experience in commercial, electronic, software, etc companies.
· Enthusiastic, dynamic, hardworking, not afraid to move, have a sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high pressure at work.
· Able to go on a business trip to the province (note that you don't get sick by car or plane).
BENEFITS
Basic salary negotiable: 8 – 10 million VND + 100% commission of first month revenue
· Training & probation period: 2 months (probation 85% salary)
· 13th month salary; Tet holiday bonus.

Flexible working time: Monday - Friday (8h00 - 17h00), Saturday (8h00 - 12h00). Time to search and meet customers, sales staff flexibly arrange to complete KPI. (Actively support the whole weekend if the customer requests).
