JOB DUTIES
IDCONNECT customers

• IDCONNECT's customers are very diverse because each IDCONNECT product has its own customer file that complements each other, IDCONNECT's technology products help solve their problems.
• IDPet tag product - pet identification tag: Customers are cafes - pet clubhouses, accessory stores, toys, pet food, pet medicine stores.
• IDPhone tag product - Smart sticker: Customers are phone accessory stores
• IDKeychain product - Smart keychain: Customers are backpacks, handbags, and phone accessories stores.

Sales steps

• Trained and provided with documents: images, videos, brochures,... to conveniently meet, consult and close sales with customers. To help sales staff master product and service information, as well as be able to present professionally and convincingly to customers.
• Search for customers via Google map, Facebook groups, other social networks and offline stores: Because we are a trend-leading product, we have many customers without any competitors. Therefore, you can easily find and develop potential customers anywhere
• Follow up and take care of customers after sales to help you increase your next orders. Make sure you contact customers after they buy the product to make sure they are satisfied with the product and service. your service. Ask them about their experience and see if they have any questions. This helps create trust and facilitates subsequent transactions.
• Daily report: store address, images, videos, store owner information for Sales Leader.
• Responsible for assigning work and areas according to the management and quality of work required by the Sales Leader.

• Graduated from College/University in Economics, Marketing, Commerce,...
• Have at least 1 year of sales experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
