1. Income: From 10 million to 20 million VND
- Basic salary: From – VND
- Bonus KPI: up to – VND
- Allowance: Gasoline + phone + lunch: 1,700000 VND.
- Bonus % according to sales: From 2,000,000,000 VND

2. Job details:
- Make weekly and monthly work plan
- Sales consulting with potential customers
- Identify, search, contact and propose cooperation with potential partners in Da Nang area
- Support to deploy event programs for NPP channels, agents to find customers.
- Finding and building relationships with intermediaries to support sales.
- Assessing the market, Collecting market information for luxury apartments and villas, projects and making reasonable business development plans in each period.
- Approaching the project: looking for clues to work, approaching and planning sales at potential projects.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Sales Director
- Working place: Da Nang city
3. Personnel standards:
a. Specialize:
- Education level: College degree or above
- Experience: at least 1 year or more. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in industries related to interior, architecture, equipment during construction day (door lock, LED light, electrical equipment, sanitary ware, paint, plaster, decorative lights, furniture, etc.) wood furniture…)
- Work organization skills, work planning according to the set goals, work seriously, ready to go on business trips.

- Age: 25-35
