1. Plan sales to Chinese-speaking customers and customers in China, Taiwan, and Malaysia regions
2. Search for new customers; Care and sales for old customers
3. Monitor, supervise and urge customers to pay and manage debts of customers in charge
4. Participate in training programs for business staff
5. Collect information about competitors operating in the plastic resin industry, learn about prices, products, and sales policies to make timely suggestions
6. Receive and resolve customer questions, complaints, and suggestions
7. Report work periodically daily, weekly, monthly or unexpectedly as required
8. Conduct customer evaluation every quarter, monitor purchasing situation to have appropriate care solutions
9. Other tasks as assigned and directed by the City/Pp. Business, Board of Directors
Job requirements
Age: From old
Professional qualifications: Graduated from high school or higher, preferably in Economics
Computer skills: Can use office information technology: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Foreign language proficiency: Good communication in Chinese (4 skills), priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English.
