- Developing customers and expanding markets according to the company's capacity and orientation.
- Find new customers, approach, take care of old customers, introduce products, promote sales.
- Ensure the achievement of production and revenue targets.
- Update international and domestic freight rates, costs related to export.
- Work with forwarders to ensure timely freight updates, forecasts for the future, and fluctuations in transportation costs.
- Receiving and processing orders according to the company's process: negotiating and signing contracts, handing over, paying.
- Coordinate with related departments to expedite debt collection, debt recovery, etc.
