Job details
• Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the business's products and services
• Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many fields (direct or indirect).
• Directly implement and urge contract implementation. This includes delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
• Receive and handle if customers have complaints about products or services
• Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department in debt collection. Responsible until the customer completes payment.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to correct procedures.
• Make reports related to work status. For example, surveying customer needs, operating trends of competitors...
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and implement programs such as: introducing new products and services, promotions on holidays/Tet, customer appreciation,...
• Perform other tasks when requested by management
