Staff cleaning public areas at Ho Chi Minh City - Yên Living

(HCMC - BINH THANH) URGENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive rosters and check to ensure public areas such as Block A and Block B yards are clean.
- Responsible for cleaning the swimming pool area every day.
- Responsible for keeping the 7th floor restaurant lobby clean for handover to the restaurant department every day.
- Cleaning the restrooms on the 7th floor, ground floor, offices and staff.
- Clean the elevator periodically.
- Clean emergency exit stairs according to assigned schedule.
- Cleaning warehouses on floors as well as general warehouses in Block B and fabric warehouses.
- Responsible for checking and reporting damage, loss, and damage to direct management.
- Assist housekeeping staff in making living rooms when required.
- Support transporting items to staying guests.
- Support other tasks when requested by direct management and the board of directors.

RIGHT:
- Salary: VND/month. Consider a salary increase after 6 months of work.
- Allowance: From VND - VND/month depending on the customer's use of additional services at the apartment.
Working hours: 8am-5pm (8 hours/day). 6 days/week.
