Perform check-in (check-in) and check-out (check-out) procedures for customers.
Support and resolve customer issues and problems.
Carry out procedures for changing rooms/rooms according to procedures.
Provide customers with necessary information, preferential programs,…
Take care of the lobby area, working area, equipment to ensure neat and clean.
Receive and handle guest requests promptly and efficiently with a friendly and polite attitude.
Continuously update and check the list of guests checking in, checking out and related information.
Immediately report customer problems or complaints to management if no action is taken.
Perform other duties as directed by Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
12/12 graduate and related degree.
Experience in reception (hospitality industry is an advantage).
Highly disciplined, positive attitude, responsible at work.
Ability to communicate well in English is an advantage.
Hardworking, hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support.
WORKING TIME:
Rotating shifts (as arranged by the Manager):
Morning shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Afternoon shift: 15h00 - 23h00
Night shift: 23:00 - 7:00 (next morning)
