Right

• Trained in talents (dancing, singing, storytelling,...) by good choreographers and regular teachers;
• Receive training, orientation, and personal image/brand building;
• Free use of more than 30 lovely studios with many different concepts, equipped with professional, exclusive livestream equipment from a team of foreign experts;
• The management team is friendly, enthusiastic, and fully supportive;
• Fixed salary during probation ranges from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND (Deal salary based on ability, appearance and talent);
• Fixed salary when becoming an official employee ranges from 15,000,000 VND to 65,000,000 VND (Deal based on ability, appearance and aptitude after the probationary period ends);
• Exceeding KPIs will result in additional commission (discussed during interview)
• Probation period 1 - 2 months, depending on performance;
• Fully pay health insurance and social insurance according to regulations;
• Meals are provided 4 times a day, with a private chef at the company;
• There is a private makeup room, free makeup and consultation for each livestream concept;
• Feel free to use outfits prepared by the company if you don't have suitable outfits;
• Staying in luxury dorms (4-person room, 2-person room, and 1-person room) is free, rooms are divided according to rank;
• Entertainment complex (Gym, coffee, billiards) on the rooftop is super airy.

Job details

• Participate fully in all classes (dancing, jumping, singing, storytelling, make up,...) arranged by the manager;
• Conduct livestreams on TikTok and Bigo according to assigned schedule;
• Actively interact with viewers during livestream sessions;
• Coordinate with management and team to ensure the live session achieves the best results.

Request

• No experience necessary, experience is a plus;
• Have at least 1 talent (singing, dancing, dancing, storytelling,...);
• Bright appearance;
• Dynamic, positive, willing to learn.
