1. Job Description:
- Make and update the process of processing new and improved dishes of the company.
- Collaborate with the chef to research and prepare new dishes.
- Responsible for research and development of products in the field of food that the company is providing.
- Improving technological processes, stabilizing product quality
- Test dishes with ingredients and additives
- Analyze and evaluate products based on factors: features, techniques, cost, compared to the market.
- Support the production department to solve technical problems when customers have demand.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the product according to the desired customer needs.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. Candidate requirements:
- Graduated from college or university majoring in Chemistry, Food Technology or related disciplines.
- From >6 months of experience in R&D or more for food companies or industrial catering.
- Have a perfectionist spirit, love cooking
- Good sense of taste is required
