Detailed description:- Prepare and deliver beverages upon request:
- Take drink orders.
- Prepare and deliver beverages according to the exact order and in accordance with the Company's regulations, paying attention to the special requirements of users.
- Implement preparation, food hygiene and safety standards, ensure quality and beautiful presentation.
- Maintain and clean working tools:
- Keep the bar clean and tidy during service.
- Wash and clean glasses, mugs, cups, plates, serving utensils and bar utensils according to regulations.
- Manage work tools: Glasses, cups, cups, plates and related items.
- Merchandise management of the bar department.
- Control the quantity of daily import and export of the bar.
- Make a list and request orders for the bar daily/weekly and organize the receipt of goods from the supply department.
- Check the operation of the equipment, machinery and facilities of the bar.
- Check the entire system of equipment and machinery of the bar such as refrigerators, blenders, etc., turn off electrical equipment and machinery if not in use.
- Check inventory at the end of the working day.
- Housekeeping work in coordination with the Kitchen:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and kitchen work areas.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping department on lunch cooking tasks: preparing food, dividing meals, serving customers, taking food orders, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and dining room.
- Perform other tasks:
- Recording books, daily or ad-hoc work reports at the request of the Work Manager.
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Job requirements:- Good-looking appearance, male height from 1m65, female height from 1m55 or more.
- Age from 18 to 35

- Graduated from high school and above.
- Preferably with similar work experience or confident in preparing dishes according to the Café menu.
- Working hours: From Monday to noon Saturday.
