- Each admin usually manages at least 4-6 YouTube channels belonging to the Company's channel system
- Market research and audience behavior research. Collect, analyze, and evaluate development trends of topic groups on Youtube.
- Produce music videos on each channel
- Analyze important indicators in channel management: Analytics...Build strategies to increase interaction and revenue of Youtube channels (SEO)
- Handle arising issues regarding copyright and channel protection
- Channel care and community development
- Other tasks as requested by the Director
Candidate requirements
Education:
- Regular College or higher
- Or have taken training courses on Photoshop, Premiere,...
- Or have experience running a Youtube channel, especially a music channel
Skill:
- Proficient in using Photoshop, Premiere, AE software,... Know how to make movies or edit videos, design, ....
- Having knowledge about Youtube, keywords, SEO, Youtube algorithms or having worked on a YouTube channel is an advantage to be assigned a channel early - will be arranged with a suitable team to get revenue as soon as possible.
- Never having done YouTube is an advantage in training
- Reading and understanding basic English is an advantage in keyword research
- High sense of responsibility. Hard-working and hard-working. Be dedicated to each channel and each product made.

Right
OFFICIAL STAFF
- Basic salary: 7,000,000 VND or 8,000,000 VND / month
- Lunch allowance 600,000 VND/month
- Maximum 10% of Revenue by management channel
- Review salary periodically twice a year, fixed in June and December every year. The increase is from 3-20%/time
