JOB DESCRIPTION
Because the online business system is currently under construction, the current job of this position will assist in arranging data entry of product information on the web, participating in website development training to serve the following online business. this.
Specific work after deploying and operating the system.
- Taking care of customers on the company's system such as: Fanpage, website, hotline,... Receiving customers at the showroom
- Implement online sales and introduction activities on online sales channels.
- Handling problems, answering questions, giving feedback to customers about products and related issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Working on Road 59, Ward 10, District 6, City. HCM.
