Receive drink and food orders from customers and deliver orders to the bar/kitchen department
Serve food and drinks to the table to guests when prepared.
Provide alcoholic beverage service responsibly.
Check to see if guests are satisfied with food and drinks.
Prepare invoices when requested.
Receive the customer's payment amount and transfer it to the cashier.
Deliver invoices and change back to customers.
Capture changes on the table such as number of guests, order changes...
Serving guests throughout the meal, assisting guests when needed.
Ensure restaurant areas and function rooms are kept clean.
Build good relationships with customers.
Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
