- Set up tables and chairs according to the required distance and position
- Perform customer service as trained, including: greeting guests, inviting guests to sit, inviting guests to choose drinks/wine, introducing menus, serving food, ordering and introducing dishes to guests
- Introduce wine to drink with dishes, will be trained and guided by the manager
- Make payments and issue invoices to customers
- Clean dishes and tables after each session
- Clean cups, eating utensils such as knives, spoons, forks
- Cleaning the restaurant at the end of the session: floor, bar, WC
- Check, record and report back if there is any loss, breakage, or broken items
- Assist guests when needed such as calling a taxi, giving directions, etc.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge about F&B
