Work content:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and give the menu to the guests.
- Answer questions and recommend food and drinks to new guests.
- Know the food and drink information available in the restaurant.
- Receive orders for drinks and food from customers and bring them to the kitchen department.
- Bring food and drinks to the table for guests when they are ready.
- Provide alcoholic beverage service in a responsible manner.
- Check to see if diners are satisfied with the food.
- Prepare invoices when required.
- Receive payment from customers according to the amount stated on the invoice.
- Capture changes on the table such as number of guests, change order...
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and airy.
- Serve guests during the meal, assist guests when needed.
