PRESALE IT STAFF at Ho Chi Minh City - Lewu Tech

• Search and develop new markets in each business segment (corporate customers, public sector customers, software solutions, system integration solutions...)

• Research new IT products and solutions to advise on solutions for the company's customers

• Complete solution documents, technical design documents and documents related to the overall solution during all stages of the presales process

• Combine with the sales department to meet customers, work with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to build technical solutions, projects, and budgets. From there, analyze needs, build appropriate solutions and present models that meet customer requirements

• Coordinate with the deployment team to manage, monitor deployment, operate and troubleshoot problems, ensuring the quality of services provided to customers.

• Search, create and develop relationships with potential customers, maintain and support existing customer care.

• Propose business strategy planning for each product and period.

• Manage customers according to each market segment.

• Prepare bidding documents, bid for IT projects, negotiate and monitor Contract implementation.

• Synthesize data, information, and report project progress and effectiveness to management and the Board of Directors.
