Presale employee (telecommunications segment) at Ho Chi Minh City - Lewu Tech

1. Job Description:
- Receiving, maintaining and managing customers assigned by the Sales Director;
- Developing and searching for new customers and markets according to the company's orientation;
- Consulting the company's IT solutions, products and services to meet customer needs;
- Researching technical features of IT products/solutions of the Company and its partners;
- Completing solution documents, technical design documents and documents related to the overall solution in stages for each customer in accordance with customer needs/requirements;
- Responsible for Demo/PoC, presenting and explaining the solution to customers and sales staff during the process of consulting solutions for customers;
- Coordinate with the sales department to meet with customers, support the implementation of solutions using the Company's solutions and new technologies (if any). Technical support, in-depth consulting on solutions and customer care with Sales;
- Support related departments (build company profile, brochure, seminars);
- Negotiate, sign contracts, monitor contract progress, take care of customers after sale.

2. Job Requirements:
- College, University majoring in IT, business administration, economics, ...
- Passion for business, not afraid of challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, planning and problem solving skills
- Experience in IT is an advantage, will be trained in Sales skills.
