1. Advise, advise and contribute to building strategies, plans and business plans suitable for the Company
2. Organize and implement monthly and quarterly business plans
3. Build and develop customer system, expand market, increase sales to achieve set targets
4. Build, perfect and optimize the sales process from planning until completing debt collection to maximize profits and minimize costs.
5. Deploy and manage market survey activities, including identifying potential markets and market fluctuations; At the same time, always update the situation of competitors and new products on the market
6. Develop and organize the implementation of marketing, advertising and trade promotion activities to support sales for sales staff
7. Responsible for recruiting and allocating business targets for new employees.
8. Organize and manage daily activities of sales and delivery staff. Monitor and urge staff on debt collection and completion of sales documents according to sales regulations
9. Conduct training for employees on sales skills and product knowledge
10. Plan and organize customer care work and periodically evaluate customers according to regulations
11. Carry out periodic reporting
12. Other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
Job requirements
1. Qualification:
- Graduated from college or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related majors.
- Have professional knowledge of business, customer management and customer care.
2. Experience
- Business and sales experience >= 5 years, of which at least 2-3 years of department manager/deputy department experience.
