* Import-Export and transportation of goods/stone materials:
- Coordination of transportation in the form of transshipment, trade and export, from the factory-mine and at Cua Lo port.
- Manage, make reports and calculate shipping costs and import/export costs for Sales and Finance Department.
- Directly handle and manage import and export dossiers and related reports on taxes, the use of C/O, customs declarations (processed, pending...) and related expenses regarding import and export.
* Management of Carriers, operating costs and freight rates:
- Management, list and information of strategic carriers; check freight rates and update shipping unit prices for routes, negotiate and evaluate periodically to get the right quality and cost transportation service.
- Monthly, record, report, compare and make payment request for transactions and expenses related to import and export, delivery of finished goods, stone materials between the factory and customers. row. Together with relevant departments and confirm the inventory record.
- Coordinating with HSE in managing occupational safety and regulations for Transporters, driver list, and related training and education programs
* Manage SCM's NCC, PR/PO and finished product warehouse, stone raw material warehouse:
- Create PR, update approved SCM's PR list, create and send PO, make purchase, then make payment request (after co-checking and receiving goods.)
* Other jobs assigned by Factory Director, Senior Director of SCM.
