Managing the company's online stores on e-commerce platforms is Shopee itself,: responsible for images, content, prices, inventory, order management,....
- Directly deploy advertising campaigns on the above e-commerce platforms according to the monthly budget and continuously optimize the advertising efficiency, ensuring the results according to the roadmap and set goals.
- Follow the company's monthly/quarterly plan, receive KPIs from direct managers, allocate advertising budget accurately to ensure the completion of assigned KPIs
- Coordinate with the team in the campaigns of the e-commerce floor to increase the internal and external traffic, increase the conversion rate.
- Coordinate with related departments in the company in the production and promotion of products.
- Track and fill in daily reports and weekly and monthly reports on revenue, number of orders, traffic, marketing cost ratio, rate sets of each channel,... to continuously optimize costs and maximum revenue
- Regularly update related changes in regulations and sales policies of the exchanges.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Sales departments to receive feedback from customers and consult and answer questions when needed.
- Working time: Monday - Saturday, morning from 8:00 to 12:00, afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30. Saturday can work online
