Processing
Technical support: Support in installing, configuring and maintaining network systems. Includes troubleshooting simple technical issues such as Internet connectivity, network authentication, IP address configuration, and network connectivity issues.
Network monitoring: Monitor network system performance and report on issues, risk factors or improvements that can be made. This may include checking the bandwidth, latency, and stability of your network connection.
Network security: Implement basic security measures such as updating software, setting up and maintaining firewalls, and checking and monitoring network activities for early detection of threats and attacks.
User Support: Provides basic support to users regarding technical network issues, including help with network connection settings, email configuration, and resolving access-related issues network.
Perform other duties as requested by management: May be required to participate in other special projects or tasks related to network administration.
Job requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer networks and network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in groups.
Willing to learn and update new knowledge.
Experience or knowledge in cyber security is an advantage.
Working hours: Usually work part-time, with flexible work schedules according to job requirements and employee arrangements.
